Malibu does weird things to people. Maybe it's the water. Mischa Barton was photographed there late last week (top left) with boyfriend Cisco Adler looking frumpy a la Holly Hobby (center). Then she was photographed again on Sunday at The Malibu Pet Store (top right) looking very chic. (FYI: finding a chic picture of Mischa Barton is practically impossible.)
